1. はじめに

SKYPIX-mini（以下「本アプリ」）は、fly株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するドローン撮影動画管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリでは以下の情報を収集・利用します。

• アカウント情報: メールアドレス、パスワード（認証目的）
• 業務データ: チケット情報、フライトスポット情報、組織情報
• 動画ファイル: 端末から選択しアップロードされたドローン撮影動画
• デバイスアクセス: 端末の写真ライブラリ（動画選択のため。写真ライブラリの内容を自動収集することはありません）

3. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的でのみ利用します。

• ユーザー認証およびアクセス管理
• チケット・動画の管理機能の提供
• サービスの改善および不具合の修正

4. トラッキングおよびアナリティクス

本アプリは、Apple App Tracking Transparencyフレームワークに基づくユーザー追跡を行いません。広告目的のトラッキングやサードパーティのアナリティクスツールは使用していません。

5. 第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

• ユーザーの同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• サービス提供に必要な以下の業務委託先:
  • SPIKE Technology株式会社: 本アプリの技術開発・システム運用
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): データ保管・サーバーインフラ（S3、Lambda等）、ユーザー認証基盤（Amazon Cognito）

6. 組織ごとのデータ管理

本アプリは、複数のサービス提供組織（以下「各組織」）が利用するプラットフォームです。ユーザーが所属する組織に応じて、チケット情報・動画ファイル等の業務データは当該組織の管理下に置かれます。各組織における個人情報の取り扱いについては、各組織のプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。

7. データの保管と保持期間

• 業務データはAmazon Web Services（AWS）のサーバーに保管され、業界標準の暗号化およびセキュリティ対策により保護されます。
• ユーザーデータは、アカウントが有効である間保持されます。
• アカウント削除を実行すると、全組織の所属情報は即時削除されます。認証情報（Amazon Cognito上のログインアカウント）は、管理者への削除依頼後30日以内に削除されます。ただし、組織に帰属する業務データ（チケット情報、アップロード済み動画等）は、当該組織の管理下で引き続き保持される場合があります。法令上の保持義務がある場合も同様です。

8. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、ご自身の個人情報に関して以下の権利を有します。

• アクセス権: 当社が保持するご自身の個人情報の開示を請求できます
• 訂正権: 不正確な個人情報の訂正を請求できます
• 削除権: アカウントおよび関連する個人情報の削除を請求できます
• データポータビリティ: ご自身のデータの写しを機械可読形式で請求できます

これらの権利の行使は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

9. アカウントの削除

ユーザーは、アプリ内からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。拠点選択画面の右上メニューから「アカウント削除」を選択し、確認ダイアログで実行すると、以下が即時削除されます。

• 所属情報: 全ての組織におけるメンバーシップ

認証情報（Amazon Cognito上のログインアカウント）については、アカウント削除時に管理者へ自動で削除依頼が通知されます。管理者が通知を受領後、30日以内に削除されます。

削除後はログインできなくなります。なお、組織に帰属する業務データ（チケット情報、動画ファイル等）の削除については、所属組織の管理者にお問い合わせください。

10. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満の児童の個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページの更新およびアプリ内での通知により、ユーザーに告知します。

SKYPIX-mini ("the App") is a drone video management application provided by fly, Inc. (fly株式会社) ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects and uses the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, password (for authentication purposes)
• Business Data: Ticket information, flight spot information, organization information
• Video Files: Drone-captured videos selected and uploaded from your device
• Device Access: Access to the device's photo library (for video selection only; we do not automatically collect contents of your photo library)

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• User authentication and access management
• Providing ticket and video management features
• Service improvement and bug fixes

4. Tracking and Analytics

The App does not perform user tracking under the Apple App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share personal information with third parties except:

• With user consent
• When required by law
• With the following service providers necessary for operations:
  • SPIKE Technology Inc.: Technical development and system operations for the App
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Data storage and server infrastructure (S3, Lambda, etc.), user authentication platform (Amazon Cognito)

6. Organization-Based Data Management

The App is a platform used by multiple service-providing organizations ("Organizations"). Depending on the Organization to which a user belongs, business data such as ticket information and video files is managed under that Organization's control. Please also refer to the privacy policy of the respective Organization for details on their handling of personal information.

7. Data Storage and Retention

• Business data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and protected by industry-standard encryption and security measures.
• User data is retained while the account remains active.
• When you delete your account, all organization memberships are deleted immediately. Authentication credentials (Amazon Cognito login account) will be deleted within 30 days after you request deletion from the administrator. However, business data belonging to organizations (ticket information, uploaded videos, etc.) may continue to be retained under the respective organization's control. Data may also be retained where required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right of Access: You may request disclosure of personal information we hold about you.
• Right of Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right of Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Select "Delete Account" from the menu at the top-right of the Flight Spot selection screen, then confirm in the dialog. The following will be deleted immediately:

• Membership information: Your memberships in all organizations

Your authentication credentials (Amazon Cognito login account) will be automatically reported to the administrator for deletion when you delete your account. Your credentials will be deleted within 30 days after the administrator receives the notification.

After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in. For deletion of business data belonging to your organizations (ticket information, video files, etc.), please contact your organization's administrator.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, we will notify users by updating this page and through in-app notifications.
